Replacement Policy

At K Tijarat, we strive to provide quality products to our customers. Please read our replacement policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Replacement Eligibility

  • Products are eligible for replacement only if there is a manufacturing defect or the product is not functioning properly.
  • Physical damage caused after delivery will not be covered under this policy.
  • Replacement requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the parcel.

2. Unboxing Video Required

  • Customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel.
  • In case of any issue, defect, or missing item, the unboxing video must be shared with us on WhatsApp as proof.
  • Replacement requests without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

3. Verification Process

  • Customers must send:
    • Unboxing video
    • Product photos/videos showing the issue
    • Order details
  • Our team will review the evidence before approving a replacement.

4. Replacement Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
  • Replacement requests made after 5 days from delivery will not be accepted.

5. No Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns for refund purposes.
  • Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned for a cash refund.

6. Store Credit / Product Exchange

  • If a replacement is not required, customers may choose other products of the same value from our store.
  • For example, if the purchased product value is ₹1,500, the customer can select other products worth ₹1,500 from our store.
  • No cash refund will be provided.
