Shipping & Replacement Policy
Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.
In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, we will contact you via phone, WhatsApp, or email to provide a suitable replacement, store credit, or order cancellation option.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the products ordered.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
K Tijarat Store shall not be responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching such orders.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Free Shipping
Free shipping offers, when available, are valid only for selected locations within India and are subject to minimum order value requirements announced on the website.
Replacement Policy
5-Day Replacement Guarantee
Customers may request a replacement within 5 days of delivery if:
- The product is defective or not functioning properly.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- Essential parts are missing from the package.
Unboxing Video Required
A clear and uninterrupted parcel opening (unboxing) video is mandatory for all replacement claims.
Customers must share:
- Complete unboxing video
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Order number
through WhatsApp or email within 5 days of delivery.
Replacement requests without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.
Physical Damage
Products that are physically damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, accidents, or improper use will not qualify for replacement.
Product Return for Replacement
If approved, the customer may be required to return the product in its original packaging along with all accessories before a replacement is issued.
No Return & No Refund Policy
- We do not offer cash refunds.
- We do not accept product returns due to change of mind.
- Delivered products cannot be returned for a refund.
Product Exchange Option
If a replacement of the same product is not preferred or available, customers may choose alternative products from our store of equal value.
For example, if the original product value is ₹1,500, customers may select other products worth ₹1,500 from K Tijarat Store.
No cash refund will be provided under any circumstances.
