7. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
  • A proper parcel opening (unboxing) video is mandatory for any replacement claim.
  • Customers must share the unboxing video and issue details via WhatsApp.
  • Only manufacturing defects or non-working products are eligible for replacement.
  • Physical damage caused after delivery will not be covered.

8. No Return & No Refund Policy

  • We do not accept product returns for cash refunds.
  • No cash refund will be issued once an order is delivered.
  • Customers may receive a replacement product or select alternative products of equivalent value as approved by our team.
